Do you offer a Nationwide service?

Yes we can mobilise teams to anywhere in the country.

Do you provide a Night Cleaning service?

Yes. Cleaning through the night is sometimes the only way to carry out certain works, like retail park cleaning or commercial kitchen deep cleaning.

If I’ve got an emergency clean is this something I can call you about??

Yes of course, we answer the phone 24/7 and will respond immediately if that is what’s required.

Ive got a cleaning problem and I’m not sure how to solve it, can you help?

Yes, we offer a free consultancy for all cleaning situations, often it is better to get advice before attempting to clean particularly with chemicals using the wrong technique or cleaning products can leave disastrous, irreversible results.

My facility requires a cleaning program but our budget is limited can you offer guidance on achieving the best results?

Yes, this is something we get asked a lot. We can make a site visit assess your needs and offer free advice on how to get the best from your budget. Unnecessary cleaning is a waste valuable time and money.

I prefer not to use the customer dashboard facility, is this possible?

Yes, the dashboard is there only for customers who feel they can benefit. Booking services can be done over the phone or through e mail if you prefer.

Do you have keyholder insurance?

Yes we have comprehensive insurance for all eventualities including keyholder cover and cover for accidental damage.

Do you still clean windows when its raining?

Yes, because of the way that our pure water cleaning system works the rain will actually help to clean. Our window cleaning teams are booked out daily and as such they must continue with the cleaning program. If we find that the rain is very heavy and there are also strong winds we will probably have to cancel and re appoint the clean, we will communicate this to you at the start of the day or even the day before if the weather forcast is very bad.

If I need a general cleaner for just one day is this something you can provide?

Yes, we provide teams or single cleaners for whatever task you may have. We select the right cleaner for you depending on the skills and experience required for the task.

How does the client area work, and what is it for?

In the client area you can book services, see previous quotes for services at your site, keep a record of risk assessments, method statements or insurance documents. In fact this area allows you to keep whatever records and documents you feel necessary to assist you in using our service. As an existing client you will be provided with a secure username and password of your choice so that you can access your area and keep up to date with all cleaning programs.

How do you monitor cleaning standards?

Each task that is carried out will require a signature of satisfaction from the client at the end of the job, this can only be provided once the work has been inspected and you are completely happy with the results. Some jobs, like powerwashing or stone cleaning may take a day or so to completely dry out so that a final inspection can take place, of course in these situations satisfaction forms cannot be completed on the day and we will request that you e mail the signed document to us when you are happy with the work. In the event that you are not completely satisfied we will re visit the site to rectify any defects or consult with you if there are any issues affecting the standard of service. We welcome as much feedback as possible good or bad.
